NEXT GRADING - 28th JUNE NORTHGATE SPORTS CENTRE 2PM START
Planning ahead – If you are wishing to attend the Northgate Xmas dinner and dance this year ( I know it’s a bit early) please let us have your names a.s.a.p. We will need to know numbers to avoid disappointment. We were oversubscribed last year.

KATA CLASS
The Kesgrave Kata Classes have restarted, We have a new instructor for these classes, Chris Stott, 1st Dan, has taken over from Lyn. Lyn has other commitments on Saturdays which will prevent her from teaching. We would like to say a big thank you to Lyn who started the Kata Class some 4 to 5 years ago. I’m sure you will all agree they have been a great help to all who have attended.

Normally the Kesgrave Class due to class numbers will be split 10am - 11am up to Green Belt Blue Strip, 11am to 12pm Blue Belts and above.
There will be classes every Saturday at the Kesgrave Church Hall unless notified on this web site or announced at training sessions. If you wish to attend please book a place. There are limited places in these classes.
